The president of the Dominica Media and Communications Association, Garvin Richards, has resigned. Richards has cited a hectic work schedule, engaging in community activities and beginning studies at UWI as reasons why he can no longer adequately fulfill the duties as president of the DMCA. He offers his best wishes to the association and promises to assist whenever needed.
