Barbados COVID-19 cases climb to 14

The number of COVID-19 cases in Barbados is now at 14 according to  the Minister of Health.

Barbados is in now in stage 2 of the National COVID-19 Preparedness Plan.

According to the Minister of Health and Wellness Lt Col Jeffrey Bostic of the eight new cases, seven were as a result of contact tracing, that is, finding those who came into contact with the original cases.

The other person who tested positive is a visitor.

This was announced during a press briefing today.
