AIM BY ROWL APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN
The Regional Organisation for Women in Leadership (ROWL) is pleased to announce the open call for applications for its new program Advancing and Inspiring Mentees (AIM). The program will harness the potential of 10 young aspiring women leaders through effective programmes and mentorship.
The program will commence on January 19, 2022 and will run for a period of four months ending on April 19, 2022 and will focus on areas of development in:

- ● Personal and Professional Brand
- ● Writing Development
- ● Research and Information
- ● Civic Engagement
- ● Public Speaking
- ● Career Development
- ● Resume & CV Development Eligibility & Criteria Young women with a strong interest in personal and professional development are invited to apply for the AIM Programme. Applicants must be available to participate in bimonthly two-hour sessions from January 19, 2022 to April 19, 2022.
