The Commonwealth Students Association is pleased to announce it will be undertaking a Regional Engagement Tour from June to July 2019 of six Commonwealth Caribbean territories.

The Commonwealth Students Association (CSA) is the unified body that represents the needs, interests, and voices of student organisations in the Commonwealth. The main aims of the Commonwealth Students Association is to promote unity among student organisations in Commonwealth countries, to protect the rights of Commonwealth students and to contribute actively to the development of student movements.

The CSA’s Caribbean and Americas Regional Representative is scheduled to be in the Commonwealth of Dominica from June 26th – 28th 2019. As a part of CSA’s Engagement Tour in Dominica, the Regional Representative will be conducting a 1-day capacity building workshop focusing on the areas of leadership and student governance on June 27th at Prevo Cinemall. He will also be holding engagement meetings with the youth, teachers, civil society and other relevant stakeholders.

The Caribbean and Americas Regional Engagement Tour will be the first time that an official of the Commonwealth Students’ Association will be visiting Dominica and forms part of a wider movement under the CSA to increase the quality and quantity of national student organizations and student movements operating within the Commonwealth.
