A number of yachtees who were enjoying the nature isle become stranded there as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Yesterday, they were given the green light to leave and before they did so, they expressed their gratitude to the Portsmouth Association of Yacht Services (PAYS) for their excellent service during the extended period.

The yachtees  inscribed a lifebuoy with words of gratitude and remembrance and presented it to PAYS president, Jeff Frank. JanPaul and Marjolein Saline said that Dominica saved them during the pandemic and that they are leaving with pain in their hearts. However, and they will definitely visit again.
