General Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Demonstrated portfolio of successful social media campaigns or creative work
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to cover events and capture live content outside of regular working hours
  • Passion for creativity, trends, and brand storytelling
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a creative flair
  • Ability to create engaging photo, video, and graphic content
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, analytics, and algorithms
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns
  • Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize content for engagement
  • Attention to detail and consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
  • Photography and basic video editing skills (preferred)
  • Good communication and a passion for customer service
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset
