We announce the peaceful transition of 60-year-old Debra Marcellus Charles fondly known as “Miss Charles” of 16 Princess Lane, Goodwill. She was the Co-ordinator of the Social Center Pre-School.
She leaves to mourn her:

Sisters: Juliana Thomas, Frances Watty, Dolores Julien, Fermine Edwards, Claudette and Valerie Charles.
Nieces: Lorna Thomas, Lynne Matthew, Sakinah Jackson, Michelle Thomas, Tamika Charles, Dana Harris, Ernie Charles, Myrtle Andrew, Kimberly Johnson, Tiffany Williams, Keanna Julien, Armorah Jean Jacque, and Serena Edwards.
