It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Mrs. Ruthlyn Anna Frank Nee Riviere, 57 years of Marigot, who passed away at the DCFH on October 20th 2023.
She leaves to mourn: Her husband,Corporal Jerry Frank of the Dominica Police Force; Her 3 daughters: Shawna Jno. Baptiste, Tanica and Miah Frank; Sisters: Rosmund, Nurse Rushell, Rachel and Rita. Brothers: Randolph in the UK, Reynell and Inspector Romen Riviere of the Dominica Police Force.
Son in law: Kenasar Jno. Baptiste. Sisters in law: Mathurine and Nurse Jacklyn Frank, Wanda and Marilyn Riviere. Brothers in law: James and Murray Frank.
Nieces to include: Donna Constantine and Anais, Keisha and Keishel, Corina, Melina, Ray, Jaimie, Alyanna,and Aaryelis. Nephews: Shawn, Mano, Kessler, Salim, Keith, Lincoln, Ricardo and Louis. Gr. Nephews: Tristan, Hayden and Teddy.
Uncles: Jeffers Carlton, Rogerson, Desmond, Emmery Shinwell and Gifford Riviere. Aunts: Avanelle Joseph, Windith Henderson, Bertha Sylvester, Rosie Riviere and Myld Plenderleith. The Riviere, Frank, Christmas Carlton and Robin families of Marigot and environs and the Jones family in Canada.
Many cousins to include: Kathleen, Laureen, Donna and their families, Lucia Jones, Lucia James Riviere,Edwin, Ervin, Alleric, Larry, Glenda, Ron, Kay, Breth, Tresha, Stephan Yvette, Miranda, Junior, the Abel family and many more.
Close friends to include: Joan and Shanice, Annie Francis, Annie Wiltshire, Dara, Sonelia, Dinky, the Begg family, P.J, Dyer, Rose, the entire staff of DASPA, Immigration and Customs at the Douglas Charles Airport, many more too numerous to mention.
The body of the late Ruthlyn Anna Frank Nee Riviere will be viewed from 2:30pm on November 18th 2023 at the Wesley Catholic Church. Mass begins at 3:00pm followed by internment at the Wesley Catholic Cemetery.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
