Saint Lucia police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man from the Commonwealth of Dominica. The deceased has been identified as 46-year-old Chris Charles, who is originally from Portsmouth, Dominica, but resided in Saint Lucia.
His lifeless body, with multiple gunshot wounds, was discovered on a dirt road in the Mahaut/Latille area of Micoud on Wednesday, May 1.
