At its 11th Annual General Meeting, held on December 02, the following persons were elected to serve on the executive of the Dominica Manufacturers Association for the year 2021/2022:
President – Mr. John Robin (Benjos Seamoss)
Vice President – Mr. Glenworth Cyrille (The Cassava Man)
Secretary – Mrs. Naomi Bannis-Sampson (Bannis Farm Produce Inc.)
Treasurer – Ms. Gezielle Warrington (Affiliate Member)
PRO – Ms. Narlie Bertand (Bunny’s)

The 11th AGM was held under the theme “Positioning Manufacturers to step up production for the global market”. And focused on the DMA’s Export Initiative to the French and US Market. Our featured address was delivered by Dr. Joann Jolly-Raphael, our US Distributor, an economist by profession and the owner of Buy Dominica Online, an online store for Dominican products. There were also remarks from the Hon. Ian Douglas, Minister for Trade, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business & Export Development and Mrs. Leslyn Tonge, our Virgin Islands Distributor.
This year the DMA will focus on Expanding its Export Initiative and Conducting Membership Outreach Activities. The DMA would also like to thank all those who attended the AGM, our members, partners and friends, your support is truly appreciated.
