ROSEAU, Dominica -April 17, 2023: SurePay – a one-stop bill payment service – will formally launch in Dominica on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
SurePay is an Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment service that delivers fast, reliable and secure bill payment in 6 countries across the Caribbean.
SurePay offers customers the opportunity to pay all their bills in one place with one receipt or using one platform online. Customers can utilize various walk-in locations, online or mobile app using multiple payment methods whether cash, cheque, debit, or credit card from any bank of their choice.
SurePay securely handles the distribution of funds to each of the billers on customers’ behalf, without any additional charges to the customers. The SurePay system updates payments to each biller’s accounting system on an on-going basis, which means all account information is kept current and secure.
On June 2022, SurePay began operating the service in Dominica, with its walk-in locations on 33 Kennedy Avenue (formerly Singer Office), Foneshack Roseau and Foneshack Portsmouth.Currently, SurePay processesbill payments for Dowasco, Flow, Sagicor, Fastcash, Ascendancy and Pan American life Insurance Company of the Eastern Caribbean
SurePay also powers banks, credit unions, eWallet and kiosk operators to collect payments for its expansive biller networks.
The event will take place at the SurePay Head Office on 33 Kennedy Avenue from 4 p.m. Roseau Dominica.
