For the past several years, the Stories by Children initiative has been fostering literacy among young minds both locally and in the diaspora, having successfully launched two children’s books: Stories by Children Volume 1 – Family and Volume 2 – When I Grow Up. This inspiring project continues to empower young authors and ignite a passion for reading and writing.
Now, the Stories by Children Committee is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated launch of Stories by Children Volume 3: Mission Mango – A Collection of Short Stories and Prose on May 31, 2025.
To celebrate this milestone, we invite you to an exciting Book Launch and Fun Fair from 11 AM to 6 PM at the Goodwill Primary School. This grand event promises an unforgettable experience for the entire family, packed with fun activities such as face painting, bouncy castle, arts & crafts, and exciting games!
Adding to the excitement, enjoy live performances from talented artists, including our very own Calypso Queen, Joy Stoute, as well as bouyon icon Sheldon “Shelly” from Signal Band. Indulge in delicious food and soak in the festive atmosphere!
Admission:
All books collected will be donated to selected schools, reinforcing Stories by Children’s mission to nurture a love for reading. Proceeds from this event will support future initiatives, helping young writers continue to share their creativity with the world.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy.
