We are aware of recent statements made in a widely circulated interview regarding the care provided to a former resident at PHARCS. We deeply value the trust that families place in us when they choose PHARCS for their loved ones, and we take all feedback seriously.
Our mission has always been to provide compassionate, high-quality care for our residents, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards in everything we do. We understand that caring for individuals with dementia can be a complex and emotional journey, and our dedicated staff work tirelessly to ensure that each resident’s needs are met with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
While we cannot comment on specific details due to privacy regulations, we want to address the concerns raised and clarify that PHARCS follows strict protocols and guidelines in all aspects of our care. We encourage open dialogue with families, and our door is always open to discuss any concerns directly.
Our CEO, Marie-Therese Junkerre, is currently off the island due to a family bereavement. Upon her return, we will provide a more detailed public response. In the meantime, we invite anyone with questions or concerns to reach out to us directly, as we remain dedicated to maintaining a safe, supportive, and caring environment for all our residents and their families.
