One adult male from the northern community of Anse Sol Dat, Shekel Isaac, has been charged with causing Grevious bodily harm, contrary to section 20 of the Offences Against person Act, Dominica revised laws 2017. The act occured on the 13th day of August, 2023 at Penville.
The offence was indictable in nature therefore the accused was not able to enter a plea.
A bail application is currently being entertained by the Courts.
The accused is represented by Gina-Abraham Thomas.
