The annual Flow sponsored Creole in the Park kicked off with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony yesterday.

The ribbon which was cut by the wife of His Excellency  President Charles Savarin, Mrs. Savarin, marked the official opening of the much-anticipated event.

Creole in the park features local cuisine, local and regional talent and a host of celebrities including Ms. Dominica 2019, Marisol John. The event is hosted by radio personality, Alex Bruno and former carnival queen, Leandra Lander.

The event which is held annually at the Botanical  Gardens did not take place for the past two years because of Hurricane Maria.
