Request for Tenders for the provision of  Staff Transportation Service

Secret Bay is seeking a service provider who will provide a safe and reliable transportation service for employees.

Service

Transportation of employees from Monday to Sunday at 8:30 pm, 10:00 pm and 12:00 am.

Routes

• North to Picard, Glanvillia, Portsmouth to Capuchin including Lagoon, Savanne Paille, Toucarie, Cottage
• North East to Marigot including Anse de Mai, Vielle Case, Penville, Bense, Calibishie
• South to Salisbury including  Dublanc, Bioche, Colihaut.

The contractor will be required to present:-

• A valid Class C Driver’s license
• Valid vehicle license and registration
• Valid vehicle insurance
• An alternate driver in the event your vehicle is unavailable.  The alternate driver must also submit the documentation above.

Responsibilities

• The contractor must be on time for pick up at the employee’s entrance/exit at designated times.
• The contractor must drop off employees at the home address/location provided or to the closest point for the safety of the employee.
• The bus driver consents to allowing Secret Bay to inspect the vehicle assigned for staff transportation at least once a quarter.
• The contractor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the bus, windscreen, and ensure all parts are in good working condition to ensure the safe transportation of employees.
• The contractor must report all accidents involving employees immediately to the Human Resource Department.

Required

The contractor must clearly present justification for the contract price being requested considering mileage, fuel, maintenance of vehicle.
