The Outsource Development Center is collaborating with the Dominica Institute of Customer Service to host a live Leadership Event for professionals and executives across the Service Sectors. The Event dubbed ” Gathering of Champions” will be a time of learning and leveraging for Leaders, Service Managers, HR Personnel and ambitious Business Executives and Owners with strong leadership intentions!
The Event will feature International Speaker, Author and the 2021 World Ranked #2 Customer Service Guru Mr. John Tschohl- President of the Service Quality Institute of America. Mrs. Olive Strachan MBE Awardee and CPE Chartered Champion, and HR Specialist will also be a guest speaker along with other influential Industry Experts. This Event will take place on Feb 1, 2022 from 9:30am to 11:00am, and thereafter on the first Tuesday of every Month during the first quarter of 2022.
It is a great opportunity for leaders and budding leaders around you, to be exposed to such influential speakers and Industry Experts.
