The Government has embarked on a series of post-budget public meetings, the first of which was held at the Mahaut market last evening.

The purpose of the meetings is to aid the public in understanding the measures and policies of the 2019/2020 budget.

Prime Skerrit says, “So the effort is to explain to the public in further details some of the policies, and some of the initiatives, programs, and projects contained in the 2019/2020 budget. And also to speak to local issues in the community where the town hall meeting will be held”.
