CARICOM Chairman, Prime Minister of Dominica, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit arrived in Trinidad earlier Sunday ahead of the 45th Regular Conference of Heads of CARICOM, and got right to work.
Prime Minister Skerrit participated in a briefing led by CARICOM Secretary General, Dr. Carla Barnett in preparation for the July 3-5 conference.
The Dominican leader will chair the three-day meeting with a focus on trade negotiations, regional security, agriculture and food security, climate change and climate finance and the CARICOM Single Market and Economy.
