On December 11th, 2018, one young lady of Marigot succumbed to her injuries sustained from a grave accident. Her name is Valena Stoute, also known as Vernel. The deceased is a mother of four. Emonews wishes to express deepest condolences to the family and friends of Valena Stoute.
