Following a brief withdrawal due to scheduling and administrative delays, NexConneX and Radiance Productions are pleased to announce that we have resubmitted our Expression of
Interest (EOI) for the World Creole Music Festival 2025 and have been officially awarded the contract to produce the VIP experience for this year’s Jubilee celebration and the next.
After open and constructive dialogue with the Discover Dominica Authority (DDA), Ministry of Tourism and Senior Government Officials, all outstanding matters related to the 2023–2024 contract cycle have been amicably resolved. We thank the Honorable Minister of Tourism, the
Permanent Secretary, and the DDA for their willingness to engage in good faith and for recognizing the importance of continuity and quality in delivering a truly world-class VIP experience.
We’ve wasted no time. Since receiving confirmation, we have:
This year marks an especially historic chapter for WCMF, and our team is fully activated to deliver a Jubilee-level experience that matches the moment.
As we celebrate the festival’s Jubilee year, our team is fully mobilized and committed to raising the bar yet again with an unforgettable, culturally immersive VIP environment—complete with exceptional service, entertainment, and local flair.

Expect big energy, fresh visuals, and a few exciting surprises. The countdown begins.
We look forward to working alongside all partners towards producing an unforgettable experience with the people of Dominica, for the people of Dominica and our international festival family.
