As we have previously advised you, the National Bank of Dominica Ltd. (NBD), is in the course of replacing its existing debit cards with new electronic chip-enabled debit cards. These new chip-enabled cards will provide greater security to card holders.
NBD wishes to provide you with important information as to where you can collect your new debit card.
If you have not yet picked up your new card:
Please visit our Bayfront Branch at your earliest convenience until 31st October 2022, during these hours:

When you arrive at the Bank, inform an NBD representative or security officer that you have come to collect your new card and you will be ushered to the correct queue. Please bring along these documents:

Should you prefer to collect your card at a specific Branch, (Portsmouth, Canefield or Hillsborough Street), or if you wish to have us mail it to you overseas, please reach out to us using the contact information provided below.
Change of Switch-over Date.
We wish to inform you that the date for switch-over to the new card has been pushed back in order to allow more time for a sufficient number of cards to be collected. Please continue to use your old debit card until we announce the new switch-over date. We do apologize for this delay. We appreciate your patience as we seek to create a more secure banking experience for our customers.
