Miss Dominica 2026 contestant # 3 Receives Full Sponsorship

Sheraine Mills officially sashed as Miss Republic Bank (EC) Limited


ROSEAU, Dominica, (December 15, 2025)
— The Discover Dominica Authority (DDA), through the Dominica Festivals Committee (DFC), is pleased to announce that Miss Sheraine Mills, contestant #3 in the Miss Dominica 2026 National Queen Pageant, has received full sponsorship.

Miss Mills has secured sponsorship from Republic Bank (EC) Limited valued at EC$25,000, supporting her participation in the Miss Dominica National Queen Pageant scheduled for February 12, 2026.

During the official sashing ceremony, Miss Mills expressed her gratitude and reaffirmed her commitment to representing her sponsor with pride. She also highlighted her platform, stating: “Through my platform, Breaking the Stigma: Empowering Women Confidently Confronting PCOS, I am committed to extending that same care to my fellow silent warriors – women who courageously navigate life with polycystic ovarian syndrome. PCOS is a common yet often misunderstood condition affecting women of childbearing age across the world. As someone living with this condition, I pledge to be a strong and compassionate voice for awareness, understanding and empowerment.”

Republic Bank (EC) Limited’s Country Manager, Mrs. Sharlene Polydore-Pascal, welcomed the opportunity to partner with the Discover Dominica Authority for the National Queen Pageant, noting: “This sponsorship is a reflection of our wider commitment to employee development. By supporting Sheraine, we are sending a clear message: our people matter, our youth matter and Dominican talent deserves to shine on the biggest stages. We are proud to stand behind a woman who represents the strength, intelligence and ambition of today’s Dominican professionals.”
