Funding Opportunity: Strengthening Caribbean Economic Growth  (SCEG) Program

Now, and for the future. 

The Mercy Corps’ Strengthening Caribbean Economic Growth (SCEG) program is launching a regional  small grants challenge to support organizations that are driving inclusive and sustainable economic growth  across the Caribbean. 

Through this opportunity, up to 12 organizations will each receive grants of up to USD 50,000 for projects that  aim to: 

 Expand employment opportunities 

 Strengthen micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) 

 Improve access to demand-driven business and digital services 

Who can apply: 

Registered organizations based in or working across the following Caribbean jurisdictions: 

• Antigua and Barbuda 

• Barbados 

• The Bahamas 

• Dominica 

• Grenada  

• Dominican Republic 

• Jamaica 

• Saint Kitts and Nevis 

• Saint Lucia 

• Saint Vincent and the Grenadines  

• Suriname  

• Trinidad and Tobago 

Project duration: Up to 12 months 

Next steps: 

 The official Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released on November 3, 2025, here, and will be due on: 

�� November 24, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. AST. Applications may be submitted in English or Spanish. (Extended to December 15, 2025, for Jamaica only) 

 Mercy Corps will also host two virtual information sessions on Microsoft Teams for interested  applicants:
