Flow Issues Customer Rebate and Free Channel Access Following Service Disruption

Flow Dominica wishes to advise that all Flow TV customers will receive a 12% rebate on their TV service following the recent regional service disruption.

The issue, which began around 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 14, was caused by a commercial power failure at one of Flow’s key regional network facilities in Curaçao. Due to the interconnected nature of our infrastructure, this event triggered technical failures impacting TV services in Dominica and several other Caribbean markets.

The 12% rebate will be automatically applied to upcoming bills for all Flow TV customers – including those not directly affected.

As an a added gesture of appreciation, we have unlocked over 40 premium channels for free viewing through July 2nd as a small token of gratitude for our customers’ patience and support.
