Flow Experiences Major Service Outage  Affecting Customers in Dominica and Saint  Lucia 

 Flow is advising customers that at approximately 5:30  p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2026, the company experienced a major regional service outage  affecting customers in Saint Lucia and Dominica. The incident has impacted residential and  business customers and has been classified as a crisis-level event, prompting the activation of the  Regional Network Disaster Response & Recovery Center along with local Crisis Management  Teams. 

Technical teams across the region are actively working to restore services following the regional  outage. Current investigations are focused on a suspected network fault which has resulted in a  widespread loss of services in Saint Lucia and service disruptions in Dominica. Services  impacted include broadband and IP services. 

As some network-based communications, may be affected, customer updates are being shared  through SMS, media outlets and Flow’s official social media channels. 

Flow recognizes the significant inconvenience this interruption has caused customers and wishes  to assure the public that restoring connectivity remains its highest priority. Regional technical  resources have been mobilized and teams are working around the clock to restore services as  quickly and safely as possible. 

“We understand how important reliable connectivity is to our customers, particularly during  times when families, businesses and essential services depend on our network. We sincerely  apologize for the disruption and thank our customers for their patience and understanding as our  teams continue to work diligently to resolve this issue,” said Sharon Jemmott, Country Manager,  Flow Dominica.

Customers are encouraged to follow Flow Dominica’s official social media platforms and local  media outlets for ongoing updates as they become available.
