Flavours of the World Festival (which will be held on Sunday, September 28th, 2025 from 2pm to 9pm at the Stadium Forecourt) announces an exciting addition to this year’s celebration of Global Cuisine and Culture. We are thrilled to launch a Culinary Competition powered by Archipelago Wine & Spirits, celebrating innovation, creativity, and global culinary inspiration.
Competitors will be challenged to craft extraordinary dishes using featured ingredients: either Premium Rainforest Shrimp, Octopus or Squid, along with Riscossa Olive Oil and Grace Coconut Milk. The dish will also include an authentic ingredient from their country of origin and one local ingredient from Dominica.
Timed Preparation of the dish takes place at the Flavours of the World Festival and will be evaluated on taste, presentation, creativity and technical skill by a judging panel of distinguished chefs and culinary experts.
It’s a first of its kind for Dominica and this event promises great excitement as it showcases the vibrant culinary talent of the competitors and highlights the versatility of world-class ingredients available right here in Dominica.
