Exciting Virtual Launch of Caribbean Week of Agriculture happening Tuesday, 15 July
The Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM) is excited to once again join the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat in organizing another installment of Caribbean Week of Agriculture—this time to be held on the breathtaking shores of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Planned for 29 September – 3 October 2025, the event will be held under the theme: “Sowing Change, Harvesting Resilience: Transforming Our Caribbean Food Systems for 2025 and Beyond.”
The CRFM and our partners plan to collaborate to host two hybrid public events for fishers, farmers, policymakers, fisheries authorities, civil society, academia, private sector enterprises, and other stakeholders and partners. These are:
The CRFM Ministerial Council will convene a special session during the Caribbean Week of Agriculture to advance efforts toward establishing a more enabling policy environment that supports the sustainable growth and development of the region’s fisheries and aquaculture sector.
