Eastern Caribbean Automated Clearing House Services Incorporated (ECACHSI) appoints Corporate Secretary

Eastern Caribbean Automated Clearing House Services Incorporated (ECACHSI) announces the appointment of Mrs. Rhodette Paige to the position of Corporate Secretary, effective January 1, 2024.

Rhodette Paige is an Attorney-at-Law with over 17 years of experience and currently holds the position of Legal Counsel / Corporate Secretary at ACB Caribbean; a position she has held since October, 2008.  Prior to this appointment, she was an Associate Attorney-at-Law at Law Firm, Phillips, Phillips & Archibald for approximately 2 years.

She is a proud graduate of the Ottos Comprehensive Secondary School (OCS), Antigua State College (ASC), University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus, Barbados) and Norman Manley Law School (Jamaica).

Mrs. Paige was Valedictorian of the Graduating Class of 1997 at her former alma mater (OCS), was recognized as the Best 1st and 2nd year Social Science Department Student in 1999 at ASC and was adjudged Most Outstanding Student (shared) and Best Overseas Student over 2 years at the Norman Manley Law School (2004-2006).

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with First Class Honors (2002) and a Legal Education Certificate of Merit (2006) and is a practicing Attorney in good standing.  She is also an Accredited Director, having attained this designation from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada in 2010.

She specializes in areas to include Corporate and Cybersecurity Governance and Corporate and Commercial Law.  She also readily embraces challenges and regards herself as a disciplined and dependable professional.

ECACHSI warmly welcomes Mrs. Paige to the Board of Directors and looks forward to her contribution to the organisation.

About ECACHSI: the ECACHSI was established in 2011 to plan and operate the Eastern Caribbean Automated Clearing House, an electronic network for clearing cheques and other electronic transactions across eight (8) participating countries within the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union.
