Dr. Pauline Elwin, a native of Dominica and CEO of Elwin Innovative Global Consulting LLC., will present at this year’s Women and Leadership Conference, scheduled from June 15-17th, 2022, in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. The theme this year is ” Reflection and Rejuvenation: Inspiring Women Leaders. This is the third leadership conference Dr. Elwin has been invited to present after writing proposals aligning with the conference streams and being selected to present. https://bit.ly/36To8kA
Dr. Elwin will highlight influential Caribbean women leaders who have inspired, motivated, and encouraged women to embrace more leadership roles in responding to social, economic, and developmental needs. In addition, she will highlight pertinent leadership traits around transformational leadership approaches that have been impactful in changing the trajectory and enlisting more women into leadership positions.
In the past, Dr. Elwin has presented evidence-based practices to global leaders and practitioners at the International Leadership Association conferences. She and two colleagues presented research-based courses at the inaugural International Leadership Association Healthcare and Leadership Conference in May 2021. In October 2021, Dr. Elwin and her two colleagues presented original research at the 23rd Annual Global Leadership Conference in Geneva, Switzerland, titled Compassionate and Transformational Warriors: The Traits of Successful Women Leaders Mitigating Global Crisis. In addition, Dr. Elwin has been a competitor in the ILA International Case Competition in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2021. Dr. Elwin will also participate in an annual inaugural leadership series, “Standing on the Shoulders of Giants: Stories of Wise Women in Leadership, in June 2022 with Dr. Gloria Burgess, a trusted leadership expert, advisor, consultant, executive coach, and award-winning author.
