Dominica celebrates another homegrown pilot in the person of twenty-three (23) year old, Justyn Proctor. Justyn hails from the quiet urban community of Canefield East and growing up in the vicinity of the airport, may have influenced his desire to become a pilot. He is a graduate of the Dominica Grammar School and the Dominica State College. He is the son of Franklyn and Juna Proctor of Canefield East.

His dream from since he was a toddler was to become a pilot and that has never changed. This dream and his unswerving determination and ambition, coupled with family support drove his motivation to complete his course ahead of time.
