Dominica State College is pleased to announce that admissions is now open for their September 2023 intake. The deadline for application is July 31, 2023.
The college offers a wide range of academic programs and opportunities to pursue experiential learning, research, and community engagement. Prospective students must meet certain requirements to be considered for admission. These include a completed application form; four CSEC subject passes at general proficiency level with grades I, II, or III, including Mathematics and English A; official 4th and 5th form transcripts (required only for 2023 CXC candidates); one recent passport-size photo; copy of a birth certificate or biodata page of passport; and a $90 non-refundable application fee. Additionally, all applicants must complete placement tests in Mathematics and English before enrollment. Test dates will be provided.
“At Dominica State College, we are committed to providing personalized attention and support to every student,” says Monelle Alexis, Public Relations and Student Recruitment Officer. “Our faculty members are experts in their fields who strive to create an environment where students can reach their full potential.”
The college also encourages students with any special educational needs or disabilities to apply for admission as early as possible so that appropriate accommodations can be made in a timely manner.
Enrollment into Dominica State College provides access to a wealth of resources such as library and printing services, career development and counseling services, student clubs and organizations, and other campus activities designed to enhance the college experience.
