We have been asked to announce the death of Romuald Darroux, age 65, better known as Omol or Romie of Petite Savanne who resided at Bellevue Chopin.

He’s predeceased by his wife Madonise Darroux.

He is survived by:

Daughter: Kianda Darroux

Brothers: Joseph and Matheus Darroux in Dominica, Wayne Darroux in the U.S and Alfred Destouche in Antigua.

Sisters: Ann Binns and Joanaline Darroux in Aruba, Maria Darroux & Wynant Destouche in Dominica.

Nieces: Malika, Kymora, Destiny, Marigold, Fenella, Ancy, Decima and Bernie

Nephews: Cletus, Henry, Derick, Alfanso, Elias ,Bennet, Nathan, Rondel, Gianni ,Neil, Jermel.

The funeral service of the late Romuald Darroux, better known as Omol or Romie, will be held at the Our Lady of Fatima RomanCatholic Church in Newtown on Tuesday the 9th of December. Viewing starts at 2:00 p.m. , Mass at 2:30p.m., followed by interment at the Roseau Roman Catholic Cemetery.
