We announce the death of Phyllis Philogen a.k.a as Ma Phyllis of Canefield who resided at Stockfarm then Colihaut.
She died on Saturday 29th March, 2026 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital. She was a member of NEFA.
She is survived by:
Children: “Jim-Jim” Jerry Parker and “Pinker” Anora Parker-St. Louis
Grand Children: Ardailyhear, Misha, Kirkroy, Troy, Delroy, Marik, Jahrique, Ronnie, Binaka, Gerard and Amani Parker, and Ronald Francis Jr.
11 Great Grand Children: Including Agnon, Janelle, Daniah, Emperial, T’Shon, Paris, Kanye, Mya, Britney, Riann
Adopted Children: Ronald Francis Senior and Christabel Alphonse Mark in Germany
Sisters: Norma, Eliza, Monica and Mary Philogen
Sons in Law: “Buzy” Agnon St. Louis
Daughters in Law: Elsa and Shirley Parker
Nieces: Cynthia, Esther, Claudette, Eusica, Sandra, Glenda, Belinda, Davina, Gloria, Louisa, Cherita, Merlyn, Cecilia, Julianna, Anthea, Mary, Marilyn

The body of Phyllis Philogen will be transported from North Eastern Funeral Home to Canefield Gospel Mission Church, opposite the Canefield Airport, on Saturday 11th April. Viewing at 2:30 p.m. Funeral service from 3:00 p.m. followed by interment at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
