The family of the late phylis Ann Louis Nee Cockrane is sadden to announce her passing at the age of 90 from cockrane who resided in England. She died on February 2nd, 2026 at the DCFH.
She was predeceased by her husband Gamer Louis.
She leaves to mourn her 9 children Grayson Curtis Meade in Dominica, Hyacinth, Elwin Claudette, Shirley, Davidson, Daniel, Charles and Glenford in England.
23 Grand children, Glenis fiona, Leon, Rozell, Dominic, Frankie-Fifi celina,sabrina, lee, Loura, Rianna, Jayden,Kirsty,Rheya,mason,keir,francesca and Jermaine in the Uk. Petrina and Betty Ann in Dominica, Graig and Mykala in the united states.
21 Great Grand Children, 14 Great Great Grand Children. She lived to see 6 generation.
Phyllis is also survivied by 1 sister Felicity Hector.
6 Daughter’s in Law – Kerry,Elain,Denise kate & Ross in the UK. Laura Blanc meade in Dominica.
20 nieces to include Catherine, Sharon, Anora, Oliva, Lissane, Nelista &.Marilyn.
25 Nephews to include Wilford, Dorian, Issac, Roudolph, Glen , Junior & Renny. Many Great & Grand nieces & Nephews to numerous to mention.

The Body of the late phyllis Ann Cockrane will leave NEFA for viewing at the St Alphonsus Catholic Church on Friday February 27th 2026. Viewing will be at 1:30pm, funeral mass will be at 2:00pm followed by burial at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
