We announce the death of Mr. Cecil John Ettienne better known as ‘Big Ces’ or ‘Ces’, age 91 of Paix Bouche who resided in the community of Savanne Paille. He died on October 9th, 2024.
He will be remembered by his:
Daughter: Bernadette Ettienne Hurtault
Grand Children: Fitzgerald Winston, Fitzroy Gordon, Vanessa Winston, Melissa Hurtault.
Great-Grand Children: Amelia, Autumn, Jehlani, Jahbari, Brielle

Sisters: Helena Etienne, Decima Desboune, Magaret Wenham, Maderlyn Ettienne

The body of the late Cecil John Ettienne better known as Big Ces or Ces will be viewed at 2:30 pm on Wednesday 23rd October 2024 at the St. John Catholic church in Portsmouth.
The funeral service takes place at 3 pm and followed by interment at the Portsmouth Catholic Cemetery.
Transportation for family and friends is available from Roseau, Penville and Savanne Paille. Roseau to Portsmouth bus number HF800 driver Trevor known as “Nico” will be at the collection point St. Alphonus Catholic Church.
Penville to Portsmouth bus number HB562 driver Justin.
Savanne Paille to Portsmouth bus number HE242 driver “Standly” will be at the collection point above the Savanne Paille Primary School.
