With profound sadness, the family announces the passing of Lee Ellen Laurent -Vidal of Coulibistrie, who resided in Salisbury. She passed away on February 4th , 2026, at the age of 58.
Lee is survived by her:
Husband – Oneil Vidal
Daughter – Jacinth Vidal
Mother – Felina Laurent
Father – Pastor Peter Laurent.
Brothers – Larry, Oral and Danney Laurent.
Sisters – Eunice and Pam Laurent.
Uncles – Ferdino & Garfield Paul & Perry Laurent.
Aunts – Eulima Jean,: Rosie, Jennifer, Theresa & Magdaline Laurent.
Nieces – Jaide, Shaielle, Jaielle & Angel-Gabriella Laurent.
Nephews – Quaid Jno Lewis & Shammah & Jermikel Laurent.
Numerous cousins both here and abroad.
Pastor, Members and Friends of the Bioche Church of the Nazarene, Salisbury, First Baptist Church and the Coulibistrie Gospel Mission Church.
Lee was also blessed to have many close friends and relatives in Dominica and overseas, especially members of her
Prayer group – PUSH.
Funeral service of Lee Ellen Laurent -Vidal will be held at the Coulibistrie Gospel Mission Church on Wednesday, March 4th at 1pm followed by internment at Anse Cola burial grounds.
The family expresses its gratitude to all those who have called, prayed, visited and express tremendous support during this time of grief.
