Death Announcement of Joffre Vincent George Pinard affectionately known as “Melbourne” or “NooNoon” of River Street, residing at Louisville

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our beloved Joffre Vincent George Pinard affectionately known as “Melbourne” or “NooNoon” of River Street, residing at Louisville. He was a former Stevedore at the Dominica Air & Sea Ports Authority.

He died on Sunday, 10 October, 2021 at his residence.

He is survived by:

Lifetime Companion: Joyce Samuel

Daughters: Allana, Keishma, Kidisha and Kayla-Ann in Dominica and Yvonne in Guadeloupe

Sons: Ronald in Guadeloupe and Steve in Dominica

Brother: Johnny Pinard

Sisters: Astrid, Culrain, Ingrid, Jeanne, Marcella and Sybil Pinard

Aunt: Alice Pinard

Grandchildren including: Elisha Luke, Bradley, Brintly, Brittany, Émrick, Keanu, Keralyne, Michelle, Ronaldo, Stéevy, Steven Jr. and Tequisha Pinard, Jeanice, Jamelia and Océane Fervant.

The funeral mass of the late Joffre Vincent George Pinard better known as “Melbourne” or “Noonoon” will take place on Tuesday, 26 October, 2021 at the St. Alphonsus Parish Church. Viewing will begin from 2:30 p.m. followed by mass at 3:00 p.m. Internment will be at the Roseau Catholic Cemetery.
