Death Announcement of Former Principal        Mr. Phillip Pierre-Louis better known as Teacher Phils, Teacher Pierre-Louis or Mr. Pierre-Louis of Dublanc, who resided at Cottage

It is with profound sadness that we announce the the death of Former Principal Mr. Phillip Pierre-Louis, better known as Teacher Phils, Teacher Pierre-Louis or Mr. Pierre-Louis, of Dublanc, who resided at Cottage. He was a member of the Public Service Commission, Justice of the Peace and a founding member of The Dominica Association of Teachers. He died at his daughter’s residence in Guadeloupe on the 15th of May, 2022.

He is survived by:

His wife of fifty years Mrs. Agnes Pierre-Louis

9 Girls: Desdemonia Visconti, Paula Pierre-Louis and Aliana White in the USA, Calpurnia Zelateur in Guadeloupe, Jessica Pierre-Louis George a teacher in Tortolla, Glenda Jules in St. Marteen, Indira Pierre Louis, a teacher at the Savanne Paille Primary School, Juanna Ambo and Judy Burton at the Reform Management Unit, in Dominica.

3 Sons: Josiah Pierre-Louis in the USA, Cassius Pierre-Louis in Mexico and Vernon Jno Baptist in Dominica.

The body of the late Mr. Phillip Pierre-Louis better Known as Teacher Phils will leave the North Eastern Funeral Association Parlour for viewing from 1pm at the Seventh Day Adventist Churchl in Glanvilia, Portsmouth, on Sunday, 12th June, 2022. Service will begin at 2pm followed by interment
at the Public Cemetry in Chance.

Buses will leave the following locations to transport persons wishing to attend the funeral of Mr. Phillip Pierre-Louis
