Updated Death Announcement of Euraldine Philomene Victor Nee Ambo better known as Teacher Dindin or DinDin of Grand Savannah, Salisbury

It is with heavy hearts full of love that we announce the death of our beloved Euraldine Philomene Victor nee Ambo more affectionately known as “Teacher Din Din” or “Din Din” age 76 of Salisbury, who departed this earth peacefully on Friday April 5th, 2024, surrounded by loved ones.

She will be remembered by:

Her Husband: Hesford Victor

Daughters: Monelle Antoine and Dinnia Victor- St. Jean in the US, and Senator Lorie Victor in Dominica.

Son: Othniel Victor

Sons in law: Troy Antoine and Keenan St. Jean

Grandchildren: Amare, Dakota, and Cardinal (Din) Antoine, Nyesha and Kerniel Victor, Nate Andrew, Kenai Vidal and Kyan Peter

5 sisters including: Maria Williams in St Martin, Amy Joseph in Antigua and Zilla Frederick.

Sisters in law: Troda Quache and Dilcy Victor

6 Brothers in law including: Alford Victor

23 Nieces including: Laurel, Amanda, Delthia, Saran, Audrey, Monic, Lynda, Patricia, Heslyn, Helen, Sandra, Gloria, and other names too numerous to mention.

25 Nephews: Bently, Patrick, Joey, Gerad, Kenroy, Dennis, Julien, Pierre-Paul, Roger, Frederique, and other names too numerous to mention.

Cousins including: Marilene, Uraline, Zinthia others too numerous to mention.

28 Grand Nieces: Bernadette, Denty, Franka, Shernel, Rochie, Verlyn, Akella, Kendra, Reisa, Annesha, Zayla, Appledonia, Jasmine,Julika, Dawn, Hermina and other names too numerous to mention.

17 Grand Nephews: Quincy, Jem, Bertly, Jayzil, Chris, Quamie, Warren, Matteo, Travis and other names too numerous to mention.

Close friends including: Rosette, Claudia, Olivia, Gwennie, Velma Gardier, Karam, Maureen, Lennox, Junie, Darnie, Owen, Eliana, Velma, Bertilia, Tina, Eural, Bernard and Ketura Nation, Cyrilla and Husband, Ernestin Francis, Titina and Hendricks, Rosilla and family, Cato, Fire, Joan, Jocelyn, Allin, Tessa and family and others too numerous to mention

She will also be remembered by: The entire community of Salisbury where she served as an early childhood educator for decades, the Ambo Family in Woodford hill, Salisbury, and Portsmouth. Louis, Casmir, Harry and Victor family in Salisbury and other parts of Dominica. Vendors and patrons at the Portsmouth Market, Members of the Salisbury, Laudat, Roseau and Petite Savanne Gospel Hall and The Salisbury First Baptiste Church, Members of the Salisbury Fisheries Association, Doc Francine Jeffery and the doctor and nurses at the Salisbury Health Center.

The body of the late Euraldine Philomene Victor nee Ambo will be transported by Lyndhurst Funeral home on Tuesday 23rd April 2024. Viewing begins at 2:30pm at the Salisbury Gospel Hall Church followed by service at 3:00pm. Interment follows at the Salisbury Gospel Hall Cemetery.

Transportation will be provided from Borrow Square Portsmouth.
