Death announcement of Daniel Joseph also known as “Watercress” or “Cress” from Canefield.

We announce the death of Daniel Joseph also known as “Watercress” or “Cress” from Canefield.

He died at his residence at Canefield on 3rd November, 2023.

He was preceded in death in June 2023 by his mother Gwendolyn Joseph.

He left to cherish his memories:

Wife: Khiroon “Sally” Joseph

8 Children to include: Bernice Ella Joseph Phillip, Yolanda, Nezama, Nisha, Narvin and Nadisha Joseph

Father:  Vernon Joseph

Siblings:  Mona Graham, Annette Tavernier, Jeannette Massiah, Jefferson, Merle, Neomi, Glen, Andrina and Glenroy Joseph and Evelyn Joseph Charles

7 Grandchildren to include:  Renaldo Hurtault, Sergio Joseph-Sweeney, Jayden and Jaylina Phillip

Grandnephews:  Camry and Wilson Tavernier

Step-children to include: Hannnah and Visham Harrylal andVigie Hosein

Step-Grandchildren to include: Kalesha, Salesha and Elesha Ragoobar, Samarah and Sameer Harrylal and Amir Hosein

Adopted Siblings:  Faustina Joseph, Patricia Lee, Mary Deterville, Louisa, Gwendolene, Josephine and Myrique

Son-in-Law: Mark Phillip

3 Brothers-in-law to include:  Henry Tavernier, Joseph Charles and Charlesworth Massiah

14 Nieces to include: Nina, Kaela, Shaquilla, Sylma, Tanika and Graceann

12 Nephews to include: Vincent, Macaully, Kaihil, Charleson, Jarez, Jarel, Eddie, Howard and Egbert

Other Relatives:  Hyram, Eustace, Inger, Cedrick and Gertrude Labad and the Commodore families

Close Friends to include: Frank and Frankie Williams, Royston Coipel, Fagan Bannis, Justin Victor, Nathalie Pacquette, Vaughn and Joyce Blaize and Clyde Charles.  Canefield/Roger communities

Other relatives and friends are too numerous to mention.

The Funeral service takes place on Monday 4th December, 2023 at the Lyndhurst Chapel. Viewing begins at 2:00 pm and the service at 2:30 pm.  Burial will follow at the Roseau Public Cemetery.
