We announce the death of Eloise Joy Burton nee Shillingford who passed away on November 27, 2020 . She was 97 years old.
She will be remembered by:
Her Children : Trevor, Celina, Genevieve, Lincoln and Stewart.
Her Grandchildren : Maluah , Sabriya , Neisha , Akil , Keri , Kanika , Stacy , Terri , Simone and Jeffrey
Her Great Grandchildren : Nai’ilah , Tawfiq , Neil , Aric , Cole , Caden , Joy , Lincoln and Logan .
Her Daughters in Law : Christine, Margaret and Rosie
Her Sons in Law: Tony and David
The children and their families of her deceased brothers and sisters Hermia Alleyne, Alix Green, Pat Shillingford, Wilfred Shillingford, Fitz Shillingford.
Her Shillingford Brothers & Sisters & their families.
Her Seaman family relatives.
Her Burton family cousins-in-law and their families including Solange and Shana
Her God children, other friends and their families too numerous to mention.
The family would like to thank her caregivers – Frances, Lovette, Sandra, Hilda & Elona for the dedication they devoted to her and a special thank you to Rosanne or helping to take care of her in her later days and Marcia and Nurse Bruno who stayed with her during Hurricane Maria.
The funeral service of the late Eloise Joy Burton nee Shillingford will take place on Tuesday 22nd December at 3pm the St. Gerald’s Chapel followed by Interment at the Roseau Catholic cemetery
