Death announcement of 95 year old Theresa Carbon better known as “Ma Zaza” or “ Ma Tamboe” of Delices

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our beloved 95 year old Theresa Carbon better known as “Ma Zaza” or “ Ma Tamboe” of Delices . She died on Tuesday 20th May at her residence.

She will be remembered by

10 Children: Adrienne and Francis Carbon  in St. Martin, Emmanuel Carbon in London, Charles Carbon in St. Thomas, Lawrence and James Carbon in USA, Casimir, Maria, Titus and Gabrielle Carbon in  Dominica.

Grandchildren including: Gertrdu Blaise in the USA, Yolanda Benjamin in Antigua, Ana Franklyn and Lisa Carbon in Dominica, Cleora Carbon in London, Theola Carbon in  New York, Aaron Carbon in the USA, Issac, Mirium, Thomas , Chris and Christon in St. Martin

Caretakers: Ana Franklyn and Marvlyn Casimir

Great grandchildren including: Anelia Baron, Kevin Moses. Kimberly Guiste and Yolan Blaise in Dominica, Brad Benjamin in Antigua, Ferna Jacinthe and Shaney Charles in the USA, others too numerous to mention.

2 Brothers:  Johnas and Augustine Jno. Baptiste in Dominica

1 Sister in law: Matilda Jno.Baptiste

4 Daughters in law: Wendy and Diane Carbon in the USA, Veder Carbon in London and Cynthia Carbon in Dominica

Close friends: Raphael Alfred, Martina Eloi, Ralph Casimir and Pastor Jerald Benjamin in Dominica and Reinyalls Christian in the USA

The body of Theresa Carbon will be transported from Lyndhurst Funeral Home for viewing at 1:30 pm on Saturday 14th June 2025 at the Miracle Temple Church in Delices. The funeral service begins at 2:00 pm followed by interment at the Delices Public Cemetery.
