Death Announcement of 83 year old Mrs. Clavia Julietta Alfred nee Bruno, better known as ‘Nurse Alfred’, of Salisbury, who resided at Canefield

It is with sadness that we announce the Death of Mrs. Clavia Julietta Alfred nee Bruno, better known as ‘Nurse Alfred’, of Salisbury, who resided at Canefield. She was 83 years old. 

Husband: Raphael Alfred. 

Children:  Fitz George, Juna Proctor, Valentine, Esther and Jason Alfred. 

Stepson: Pastor Frederick Alfred and Family. 

11 Grandchildren: Negel and Sherma George, Shyra Baron, Justyn, Joel, and Jorhdan Proctor, Zara, Zane, Amarii, and Jelani Alfred, and Jaiden Alleyne.

9 Great Grandchildren: Alexia, Briel, Deon, Shayna, Royale, Reign, Jace, Jaeliz, and Jebran.

Son-in-law: Franklyn Proctor

Daughters in law: Delia George, Davina and Lindy Alfred

Sisters-in-Law:  Polly, Bebiane, Martina, and Crescent

Nephews:  Bentley, Martin, Karnute, Tony, Roy, and Mickle

Grand Nephews/Nieces:  Michelle, Michael, Kerry, Garvin, Joanna, and Kera

Numerous relatives and friends to include Gabriel Lecointe in the U.K., Beverly Mills & family, Daryll Thomas in Belgium, Kemer Peters & family in the U.S., Dr Josian Jemmott & family, Sheldon Alfred, Vixia, Guylaine, and Joan.

Close Friends:  Megan & Soulee and Maureen Thomas & family in Maryland

The Massicot families in Salisbury & Vieille Case, the Bruno Family in Salisbury, the Bowers and Edwards families in Canefield, Eliza Lavinier & family in Petite Savanne, The Mitchel Family, The Carbon Family, Fernisha Guiste, Elsa Proctor, Joy Brade, Griffin Carmichael, Pastors and members of the Seventh Day Adventist Churches in Dominica, in particular the Bethel and Roseau SDA Churches, the Dominica Nurses Association, persons in the Delices, Colihaut, and Canefield communities and many other relatives and friends, too numerous to mention, both here, in the U.S and the UK.

Viewing: 1:30 p.m.

Service: 2:00 p.m.

Interment: Roseau Public Cemetery
