It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of 83 year old Martha Seaman, of Vieille Case, who died peacefully on Sunday October 13th, 2024 at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Martha lived a life full of love and grace, and her memory will live on in our hearts forever.
She was beloved by:
Her children: Havis (deceased), Derrick, Shirley, Marvelyn, Patricia and Leon.
Grandchildren: Blair, Rosette, Nigel, Dona, Steffi, Jessica, Gina, Nysha, Kwame. Natasha, McCorney, Mianara, Ethan, Ella and Sean.
Great grandchildren: Taina, Sheurty, Nickeze, Sydney, Sherquan, Aydan, Keloanne, Haïlys, Kisslove, Isabelle, Shannon, Shernyla and Amyra.
Daughters-in-law: Melanie and Donna.
Siblings: Julie, Joan, Eugene, Anselm, Cletus, Sylvester, Gaeton and Michael.
Grandsons in law: Sherwin and Davidson
Cousins to include: Virginia, Olive, Edith, Ruth, Vanya, Justin, Vernice, Magdalene, Cuthbert and Leona.
Adopted grandson: Jayden
Close friends to include: Hetty, Joan, Frances, Shannel, Robert, Edris, and Rudy.
Brothers and sisters in law to include Paul.
The Seaman and Brumant family of Vieille Case and Penville.
Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends which are too numerous to mention.
The funeral service will be held at the Vieille Case Roman Catholic Church on Friday October 18th at 3pm, where we will gather to honor and celebrate her life. Viewing will be from 2pm.
