We announce the death of 83-year-old Joseph Registe, better known as Cecil of Pichelin. He died on February 5th, 2025, at his residence.
He left to mourn:
Wife: Cecelia Registe
Brothers: Carlton Registe in Canada and Jerome “Jolly” Registe in St. Thomas
Sister: Ursula Delsol in St. Thomas, Bernadine Henry and Eldica in St. Croix
Niece: Many nieces includingThalia Riviere and Nadia Registe in the USA and Samantha Registe in Canada.
Nephews: Many nephews includingBevin Dorsette, Luther and Kirby Registe in the USA
Caretakers: Bernadette Laville and Prince Bellot
Very close family friend and home care nurse: Nurse Juliana Proctor
Cousins: Emnus Registe in St. Thomas, Yvon and Josef Regis in Guadeloupe, Children of Allan Registe, Manuella Laville, Anna Labadie
Close Friends: Mikey Jno Jules, The Daniel Family in St. Thomas
Many other relatives and friends, names too numerous to mention.
The funeral of the late Joseph Cecil Registe will be held on Wednesday February 19th, 2025, at the Sacred Space in Grand Bay. The body will be transported from the Northeastern Funeral Home for viewing at 1:30 PM. Church service will be held at 2:00 PM followed by interment at the GrandBay Catholic Cemetery.
