We announce the Death of 82 year old Isabella Ophelia Shillingford better known as Bella of Roseau, Dominica. She died on Saturday, March 20, 2024, in St. Lucia
SHE WILL BE REMEMBERED BY: Her nieces and nephews of the Dalrymple, Nicholls, Liburd, Pemberton and Shillingford families, colleagues of the Dominica and St. Lucia Bar Associations, and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
