Death Announcement of 77 year old Josephine Gregoire, born Jolly, who resided in the village of Tete Morne, Grand Bay. 

It is with a sad and heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Josephine Gregoire, born Jolly, who resided in the village of Tete Morne, Grand Bay. 

She was born on the  28th of April 1948 and departed this world on the 28th of April, 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents, Antoine and Agatha Jolly.  She leaves to mourn her husband, Antoine Gregoire and her seven children: Timothy Jno-Baptiste, Kelvin Abraham, Vina Gregoire, Jenner Johnson, Althea Gregoire, Kenrick Gregoire, Nella Gregoire, and her Stepson, Randolph Gregoire. Also left behind to mourn are her grandchildren: Elisha, Melissa, Neil, Kian, Reachel, Kyan, Tahira, Nyel, Ginel, Jamie, Yannie, Zaid, Zakariyya, Darnel, Taquan, Abrianna and Genson; her daughters-in-law Louvaine Jno-Baptiste and Carol Abraham; her son-in-law, Adrian Johnson.  She will also be remembered by her great-grandchildren, Shervon, Kayla, Kianna, Kian Jr, Dejaan, Taeyani, Deyari, Calvin Jr, Colin, Dior, Kiara, Gabriella and Remi. Her brothers Phillip, Emmanuel, James and Alvin Jolly and her sisters Antoinette Jolly, Bertille Jolly, Joycelyn Jolly-Graham, Thernillia  Jolly and Petrolina Jolly. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, too numerous to mention.  We would also like to pay mention to close friends and other family members left behind including Kenny and Julietta Dover as well as  Katouche, Jerry  and Hesketh who were a constant presence in her life.

We pray that the Lord welcomes her home and that she rests in eternal peace.  Her funeral service will be celebrated on the 19th of May 2025, 3:00pm at the Grand Bay Roman Catholic Church with her interment at the Grand Bay Roman Catholic Church Cemetery. Viewing will take place from  2:30pm.
