It is with sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Julien, better known as “Billy”, “Billy the Kid”, 77 years of Roseau; who resided at Yam Piece and later the Dominica Infirmary; a former Port Worker. He died at the Dominica-China Friendship Hospital on 21st September, 2023.
He is survived by:
Adopted Son: Laurent Alexander
Adopted Grand Daughter: Reginea Alexander
Grandson: Bischan Xavier
Granddaughter: Bishara Xavier
Caretaker: Gregory Austrie
Daughter: Eugenia
Brothers: Lemoth, Gerard, Leroy, Jerome and Simon.
Sisters: Merina Lewis, Maudlyn, Ursuline, Sonya, Jennifer, Katie, Heather, and Sheba.
Sisters-In-Law: Inka, Dolores, Daphne, and Jessica.
Brothers-In-Law: Clarance, Michael, Oswald, Hubert, and Eddie.
Nieces Including: Leandra, Keanna, Anissa, Lakshmi, Hayley, Taylor, Aliene, Louise and Nikisha.
Nephews Including: Jeremy, Perry, Darron and Tariq.
Close Friends: Alganon, Curtis, Archie, Mona, and Gerry Aird.
Other family and friends in Morne Rachette, Salisbury, Yampiece, and Roseau, and Hon. Mirium Blanchard.
The funeral Mass will take place at St. Gerard’s Hall Chapel, on Friday October 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm; interment at the Roseau Roman Catholic Cemetery. Viewing at 2:30 pm.
