Death Announcement of 65 year old Charles Seaman also known as Charlie, Teacher Charlie and Uncle Charlie of Vieille Case who resided in West Palm Beach, Florida.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Charles Seaman also known as Charlie, Teacher Charlie and Uncle Charlie of Vieille Case who resided in West Palm Beach, Florida. He died suddenly and unexpectedly on July 11, 2023 at the Wellington Regional Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was 65 years old. He was a well loved, popular and passionate teacher for numerous years at the Vieille Case, Penville and Thibaud Primary Schools and Principal of the Bense, Savanne Paille, Belles and Wesley Primary Schools in Dominica and most recently a teacher at Mary McLeod Bethune Elementary School in Florida.

He was a talented yet humble musician especially the lead guitar and keyboard. He was an avid fisherman and former Boy Scout Leader.

He leaves to mourn:

His wife Alroy.

Children: Yantina Hazell, Mitchell  , Chestney, Chloe, Charles-E, Charz and Charziah.

Grandchildren: Terrance Baly Jr, Amelia Seaman, Joel and Joy Hazell.

Son-in-Law: Marvin Hazell

Brothers: Martin, Chrispin, Lenos, John and Leon.

Sisters:  Vernice Bellony , Magdalene Royer, Francilia Charlemagne, Audrey Carb and Judy LeBlanc.

Mother-in-Law: Amoy Francois.

Brothers in Law: Cecil Royer, Eustace LeBlanc, Frampton, Terry, Kim and Kirby Francois.

Sisters-in-Law: Selsie, Joan, Patricia, Laura and Elitra Seaman and Yolanda, Francisca, Claudia and Elsie Francois.

Numerous nieces and nephews, including Theophile, Fern, Claire, Nickicia, Julie, Shannon, Lloyd, Magnolia, Ronald, Tiffany, Andrew, Jaimee, Khasim, Deanelle, Mervin and Craige.

Numerous cousins: including the entire Seaman Family all over Dominica especially Vieille Case, Lahaut-Penville, Capuchin, Cottage – Including Julie Frampton, Eugenia Royer, Joan Prevost, Theresa Royer, Gaetan, Cletus, Sylvester and Anselm Seaman, Monica and Augustus Samuel,

The LeBlanc Family including Ethel LeBlanc and Family and Vanya LeBlanc and Family.

The Honoré Family including John, Theresa, Gerrard, Florence, Luke and Bernard and John Riviere and their families.

The Royer Family including Catherine Fadelle, Donald, Milton and Eugene Royer and their families.

A private and intimate funeral for the late Charles Seaman also known as Charlie, Teacher Charlie and Uncle Charlie will take place in West  Palm Beach, Florida on Tuesday July 25th, 2023. A memorial service and interment of ashes will take place at a later date in Dominica.
